Jeffrey J. Bussgang is a Senior Lecturer in the Entrepreneurial Management (EM) Unit at the Harvard Business School as well as Co-Founder and General Partner at Flybridge Capital Partners, an early-stage venture capital firm. His investment interests and entrepreneurial experience are in AI, vertical SaaS, and fintech start-ups. Jeff has authored three books: one for AI-forward founders, The Experimentation Machine, one for startup joiners, Entering StartUpLand, and one on venture capital and entrepreneurship, Mastering the VC Game, to provide entrepreneurs an insider’s guide to financing and company-building. He teaches Launching Technology Ventures in the Age of AI in the MBA Elective Curriculum (a class focusing on pre-product-market fit startups) and Venture Capital Journey (for students pursuing a career in venture capital).

Allison Mnookin is a Senior Lecturer of Business Administration in the Technology and Operations Management (TOM) Unit at the Harvard Business School. She co-teaches Launching Technology Ventures in the Age of AI and is the co-chair of the first-year MBA TOM course. In addition, she has taught the elective course Building and Sustaining a Successful Enterprise (BSSE).
